another version of Densha de Go! Controller! (and another Japanese style train controller)

densha de go was an arcade game from the late 90’s with difficulty like crazy, with timetables much stricter than ones used irl in Japan. the one Linus reviewed was a two-handle type, which has separate brake and throttle levers. i have the one-handle version which combines both into one lever, which was starting to spread at the time. unfortunately it’s worn so much it’s useless today but it’s a cool piece and i love it! nowadays i use the controller on the left on the image, which is heavily inspired by the type commonly found in Japan today. it comes from sanying heavy industries in Taiwan (a model train/controller maker) and it’s pretty solid! i never thought id see densha de go on LTT, i was so excited as a tetsudo otaku hahah
